How I found my True Balance

​Hi, I'm Allison, the owner of True Balance Reiki and your Usui Reiki Master-Teacher, Tibetan Reiki Master, Kundalini Reiki Master, Advanced Kundalini Reiki Practitioner & Access Bars Practitioner. 

It's lovely to meet you and thank you for taking the time to find out more about True Balance Reiki.

 I decided to become a Usui Reiki Master-Teacher, Tibetan Reiki Master, Kundalini Reiki Master, Advanced Kundalini Reiki Practitioner & Access Bars Practitioner due to the amazing effect that Reiki & Access Bars has had on my own life and well being.

I have lived with significant depression and anxiety for the past 20 yrs, often
so crippling that I was unable to work or even leave the house for months on end.
I also continually felt unwell, fatigued, struggled with a foggy brain and generally
​felt frustrated and hopeless, despite a healthy diet and exercise. When I was able to  work I was working in jobs that left me feeling unhappy and unfulfilled. 
​
Then I discovered Reiki & Access Bars. After my first treatment I could not believe how different I felt, for the first time in years the tightness in my chest had gone and I could breathe deeply, the constant feeling of frustration and hopelessness had lifted, I felt relaxed, happy, calm, positive, focused and centered.

 Reiki & Access Bars gradually helped me to be able to lift the veil that is depression and anxiety and to start enjoying life again. With regular Reiki & Access Bars treatments I became me again, the happy, bubbly, confident, positive, caring person that I thought I had lost forever, I found my True Balance. Now I have the great honor in being a Certified Usui Reiki Master-Teacher, Tibetan Reiki Master, Kundalini Reiki Master, Advanced Kundalini Reiki Practitioner & Access Bars Practitioner and being able to share these wonderful healing techniques with you. I am so grateful that I have the opportunity to help people find their own True Balance.
